* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE TUESDAY MORNING...AND CONTINUE
  RISING TO 17.0 FEET TUESDAY EVENING. FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE
  THURSDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT  16 FEET...WATER AFFECTS AGRICULTURAL LAND...SOME
