The Flood Warning continues for
  The Des Moines River at St Francisville.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At 3:15 PM Tuesday the stage was 20.4 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 18 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...Rise to 20.9 feet this evening. Fall below flood stage
  Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet...Agricultural flooding occurs in areas
  along the river not protected by levees.
