...The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa...Illinois...

  Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15 affecting Muscatine...Scott
  and Rock Island Counties

.Significant rainfall over the past 24 hours will lead to flooding on
the Mississippi River at Rock Island.

River forecasts include past precipitation and forecast rainfall for
the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternate route. Turn around, don`t drown.

...Flood Warning in effect until Friday morning...

The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a
* Flood Warning for
  The Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15.
* Until Friday morning.
* At 10:00 AM Saturday the stage was 11.5 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage Sunday evening...and continue
  rising to 17.4 feet Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At  17.5 feet...Water affects the railroad tracks in
  downtown Davenport and River Drive, Pershing Avenue, and Federal
  Street. Water affects Bettendorf`s Leach Park.
