THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...EAST
CENTRAL IOWA...NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ELEVATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE REGION THIS MORNING
WILL BRING MAINLY LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN TO THE REGION. HOWEVER A
WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NORTHWARD THROUGH THE DAY WITH WARM AND MUGGY
AIR FLOODING INTO THE REGION. THIS WILL SET THE STAGE FOR POSSIBLE
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING INTO THE
EVENING HOURS. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SCATTERED AT FIRST AND
EVOLVE INTO A LINE OR CLUSTER. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE
HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.

HEAVY RAIN WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT AND WITH RECENT RAINS
ACROSS THE REGION THERE FLASH FLOODING CONCERNS. WIDESPREAD
RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT. FLASH
FLOODING IS POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THURSDAY AND A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THIS TIME.

AREA RIVERS CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE FLOODING. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST
FLOOD STATEMENTS AND FLOOD WARNINGS FOR DETAILS.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEED LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS
EVENING.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THURSDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS FAR SOUTHEASTERN IOWA...WEST CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...AND FAR NORTHEAST MISSOURI.

THE PATTERN WILL REMAIN ACTIVE INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK WITH CHANCES
OF THUNDERSTORMS ON FRIDAY AS WELL AS SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY. IT
