MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AN AREA OF HIGHER INTENSITY SNOWFALL WILL EXIT AREAS FROM STOCKTON...TO
FREEPORT...MOUNT CARROLL...AND STERLING BY 9 AM. EXPECT SLICK
ROADS AND BRIEFLY REDUCED VISIBILITY IN THESE AREAS. OTHERWISE...EXPECT
SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON...TAPERING
TO FLURRIES TONIGHT...WITH LITTLE OR NO ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION. A
MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW IS POSSIBLE TODAY ALONG THE INTERSTATE 80
CORRIDOR...WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY WARMER.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY...AN ALBERTA CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE MIDWEST. AT THIS TIME...THERE IS LOW CONFIDENCE
REGARDING THE EXACT TRACT OF THE SURFACE LOW MEANING PRECIPITATION
TYPE AND AMOUNTS CANNOT YET BE DETERMINED.

A FEW OF THE MODELS TRACK THE LOW TO THE NORTHEAST OF EASTERN IOWA
WHICH WOULD KEEP ACCUMULATING SNOW MAINLY OVER WISCONSIN AND
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS. IF THESE TRENDS CONTINUE IMPACTS ACROSS EASTERN
IOWA AND WESTERN ILLINOIS WOULD BE MINIMAL. STAYED TUNED TO FUTURE
