This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Showers and thunderstorms are possible late tonight across
northeast Iowa. The main threat from these thunderstorms will be
lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Isolated strong to severe storms are expected Monday and Tuesday,
along a warm front which will lay out over the area. These storms
will have the threat of hail up to quarter size and gusty winds.

Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected from late
Tuesday night through Wednesday night. At this time, it appears
strong storms may occur Wednesday afternoon and evening, but it is
too early to determine the exact threat for severe storms.

Low chances for thunderstorms are forecast for Thursday and
Friday. It is also too early to determine the severe threat from
these storm chances.
