ILLINOIS...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...EAST
CENTRAL IOWA...NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

SEVERE WEATHER AND FLASH FLOODING ARE BOTH POSSIBLE LATE THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR
TONIGHT FOR THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA. THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER
IS FORECASTING A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE STORMS OVER THE ENTIRE
OUTLOOK AREA...WITH THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER RISK BEING DAMAGING
WINDS. ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. CURRENT INDICATIONS
SHOW THAT STORMS WILL BE WIDESPREAD TONIGHT...WITH A PERIOD OF
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL LIKELY AS THEY MOVE THROUGH. THIS SHOULD
PRODUCE ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER EASTERN IOWA AND
NORTHWEST ILLINOIS. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA ON WEDNESDAY. HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE STORMS ON
WEDNESDAY EAST OF A ROCKFORD ILLINOIS...QUAD CITIES TO KIRKSVILLE
MISSOURI LINE. THE PRIMARY THREAT LOOKS TO BE DAMAGING WINDS.
