ILLINOIS...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...EAST
CENTRAL IOWA...NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS WITH A MIXTURE OF SLEET...FREEZING RAIN...AND
POSSIBLY SNOW IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT SOUTH OF A LINE FROM
FAIRFIELD...IOWA TO PRINCETON...ILLINOIS.

AN ICE JAM ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER IS PRODUCING MINOR TO
MODERATE FLOODING FROM NEAR BURLINGTON UPSTREAM TO NEAR
GLADSTONE. THE ROCK RIVER NEAR JOSLIN ILLINOIS IS ALSO
EXPERIENCING MINOR FLOODING FROM ICE ACTION. THOSE WITH
INTERESTS NEAR AREA RIVERS SHOULD KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON THEM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

A STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BRING A WINTRY MIX OF FREEZING
RAIN...SLEET...LIGHT SNOW...AND THEN RAIN TO THE AREA FROM SUNDAY
MORNING THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. ICE ACCUMULATIONS UP TO A QUARTER
INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER NORTHEAST MISSOURI...WEST CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...AND SOUTHEAST IOWA. LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS OF SLEET AND
SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA SUNDAY INTO
SUNDAY NIGHT. A WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR LOCATIONS
SOUTHWEST OF LINE FROM DUBUQUE IOWA TO KEWANEE ILLINOIS.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED TONIGHT. HOWEVER...REPORTS OF
