A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THIS MORNING FOR VISIBILITIES
OCCASIONALLY FALLING BELOW A QUARTER MILE. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY AND THE POSSIBILITY FOR
SLICK CONDITIONS FROM AREAS OF FREEZING FOG. SIDEWALKS AND OTHER
PAVEMENT MAY ALSO BECOME SLICK WHERE TEMPERATURES ARE NEAR
FREEZING.

AREA RIVERS ARE EXPERIENCING FLOODING. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST FLOOD
