.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND BECOME WIDESPREAD TONIGHT. WIDESPREAD VISIBILTIES BELOW A
QUARTER MILE ARE POSSIBLE.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS EVENING.
STRONG STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.

MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING CONTINUES ON PORTIONS OF THE ROCK
RIVER NEAR JOSLIN...AND THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER FROM GLADSTONE TO
BURLINGTON DUE TO ICE JAM ACTIVITY.
