This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Area rivers are experiencing flooding. Please see the latest

Light snow will develop toward morning south of a line from
Keosauqua, Iowa to north of Macomb, Illinois. Freezing rain and
sleet will mix in with the snow towards sunrise, producing slick
surfaces.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A wintry mix of freezing rain, sleet and snow will spread
northward up to and just south of the Interstate 80 corridor
through noon. Most ice accumulations will be less than a tenth of
an inch, with snow and sleet accumulations under and inch.
Freezing drizzle may occur where the freezing rain and snow ends.
With this wintry mix producing slick surfaces around the morning
commute time, a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for late
tonight through midday Thursday for areas generally along and
south of a line from Sigourney Iowa, to Monmouth Illinois.

Thursday night into Friday morning another round of freezing rain,
drizzle and snow is expected resulting in some snow and ice
accumulation.

Friday night into Saturday night another storm system is forecast
to affect the area. A wintry mix of precipitation is possible
Friday night that will change over to all rain on Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight. However,
reports of snow and ice accumulation would be appreciated Thursday
morning.
