AREAS OF FOG...LOCALLY DENSE IN SPOTS...WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING
BEFORE WIDESPREAD RAIN MOVES IN. VISIBILITIES MAY BE UNDER 1/2
MILE AT TIMES. RAIN...WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ARE A CERTAINTY
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. WHILE FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED DUE TO
THE RELATIVELY DRY SOILS AND RAIN RATES UNDER 1 INCH PER
HOUR...RAIN AMOUNTS MAY BE SIGNIFICANT ENOUGH TO CAUSE RISES ON
SOME AREA STREAMS.
