This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Unseasonably warm temperatures, southwest winds around 15 MPH,
low relative humidities, and plentiful dried vegetation will
combine to result in a very high threat of grass fires Wednesday
afternoon.

Thunderstorms will be possible late Thursday into Friday as a
large storm system moves across the Midwest. It is still too
early to determine the threat for severe thunderstorms during this
period. A strong cold front will arrive late Friday, resulting in
rain changing over to snow Friday night.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
