ILLINOIS...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...EAST
CENTRAL IOWA...NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE AREA AFTER MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT. WIND CHILLS BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM ZERO
TO NEAR 15 BELOW ZERO.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

BITTERLY COLD AIR WILL BLOW THROUGH THE AREA MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
EXPECT VERY COLD WIND CHILLS OF 10 BELOW TO 10 ABOVE DURING THE DAY
MONDAY AND TUESDAY. MONDAY NIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...CONDITIONS
WILL BE A DANGER TO THOSE UNPREPARED FOR THE COLD WEATHER...AS WIND
CHILLS DROP AROUND 5 TO 15 BELOW.

SHALLOW BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS EXPECTED MONDAY...ESPECIALLY
DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS ACROSS AREAS THAT RECEIVED THE HIGHER
SNOWFALL AMOUNTS RECENTLY. THIS WOULD INCLUDE MOST LOCATIONS
NORTH OF A LINE FROM SIGOURNEY...TO TIPTON AND FREEPORT. MOTORISTS
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR DRIFTING SNOW RE-FREEZING ON ROADS.
