ILLINOIS...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...EAST
CENTRAL IOWA...NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

AREAS OF FOG WILL REFORM LATER THIS EVENING AND ESPECIALLY OVERNIGHT.
THERE IS THE CHANCE THAT SOME OF THIS FOG WILL BE DENSE AND REDUCE
VISIBILITIES DOWN TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS WITH THE HIGHEST
LIKELY-HOOD TOWARD MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

SUNDAY...A POTENT STORM SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE MODERATE TO LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER. LOCALIZED PONDING OF WATER IN DITCHES AND OTHER LOW LYING
AREAS IS POSSIBLE.

SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY...LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
INTO MONDAY MORNING...THEN TAPER OFF MONDAY NIGHT. AREAS ALONG AND
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80 ARE FAVORED FOR LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS. A
WESTERLY WIND WILL GUST OVER 30 MPH MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT. LOW
VISIBILITY IN LOCALIZED BLOWING SNOW MAY BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80.

A CLIPPER SYSTEM COULD BRING MORE ACCUMULATING SNOW TO THE AREA
LATE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...POTENTIALLY IMPACTING TRAVEL AHEAD OF
THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.
