This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Light freezing rain or freezing drizzle with minor ice accumulation
will be found through 6PM tonight along and north of a line from
Dubuque, Iowa to Vinton, Iowa. Late this afternoon the precipitation
will change to snow in these areas, with snow then spreading over
the remainder of the outlook area through this evening before
tapering off from west to east after midnight. Total snow
accumulation of 1 to 3 inches is expected north of Interstate 80,
with the heavier amounts over portions of northeast Iowa.

The Cedar River near Conesville is expected to rise above flood
stage on Saturday. Please see the latest Flood Warning and

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.
