THE DAMAGE PATTERN SUGGESTS THE ROOF WAS BLOWN OFF OF THE
BUILDING AND THEN SOME WALLS COLLAPSED INWARD KILLING ONE
OCCUPANT. THE SECOND OCCUPANT OF THE BUILDING WAS RESCUED
AND SUSTAINED SOME INJURIES.
