IOWA...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI ON
THURSDAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE DRIFTED OVER THE REGION. CLOUDS KEPT
TEMPERATURES NEARLY STEADY THROUGHOUT THE DAY...WITH ONLY A FEW
DEGREE RISE FOR MOST. HIGH TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE LOWER 30S AREA
WIDE.

CLOUDS WILL SLOWLY MOVE FROM WEST TO EAST OVERNIGHT TONIGHT...BUT
REMAIN OVER MUCH OF THE AREA BY SUNRISE FRIDAY. THIS WILL KEEP
TEMPERATURES FROM DROPPING MUCH OVERNIGHT...WITH FRIDAY MORNING
LOWS IN THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 20S. INCREASING SUNSHINE...DRY
CONDITIONS...AND LIGHT SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BE THE NORM
FRIDAY...WITH TEMPERATURES RISING INTO THE UPPER 30S AND LOWER 40S
BY THE AFTERNOON.
