STORM SYSTEM TRACKED SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE PLAINS. MORNING LOW
TEMPERATURES...RANGED FROM 21 DEGREES IN DUBUQUE...TO 28 DEGREES
IN VINTON.

PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL
BE FOUND TODAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE DRIFTS OVER THE LOWER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. LIGHT SOUTH WINDS...WILL ALLOW AFTERNOON HIGH
TEMPERATURES TO RISE INTO THE MIDDLE 30S IN AREAS WHERE SNOW IS
STILL ON THE GROUND...TO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 40S ELSEWHERE. THE
AMOUNT OF CLOUDS AND SNOW COVER WILL BE KEY TO HOW WARM ANY
LOCATION GETS SATURDAY. QUIET WEATHER WILL BE SEEN OVERNIGHT
TONIGHT...WITH LOWS DROPPING INTO THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER 30S BY
SUNRISE SUNDAY.
