URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...FIRST ACCUMULATING SNOW OF THE SEASON ON ITS WAY...

.SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS IOWA TONIGHT AND WILL BEGIN FALLING IN
PORTIONS OF ILLINOIS TOWARD MORNING. BY SUNRISE, 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
SNOW WILL HAVE FALLEN IN EASTERN IOWA, RESULTING IN SLUSH AND SNOW
COVERED ROADS. DURING THE MORNING HOURS SUNDAY, LIGHT TO MODERATE
SNOW WILL CONTINUE, WITH TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES. THE
HIGHEST TOTALS WILL BE ON GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES. ROADS IN
EASTERN IOWA AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS ARE EXPECTED TO BE SLIPPERY DUE
TO PACKED SNOW AND SLUSH UNTIL THE SNOW ENDS DURING THE LATE
MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
