...BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...

.ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION TONIGHT AND
FRIDAY RESULTING IN VERY COLD TEMPERATURES. THE COMBINATION OF
COLD TEMPERATURES AND SOME WIND WILL PUSH WIND CHILLS INTO A
RANGE OF 20 BELOW TO NEAR 30 BELOW ZERO.
