MONDAY...

.A POTENT WINTER STORM SYSTEM WILL SPREAD WINTRY PRECIPITATION
NORTHWARD INTO NORTHEAST MISSOURI...EASTERN IOWA AND NORTHWEST
ILLINOIS SUNDAY AND MONDAY. WARM AIR ALOFT OVER SURFACE
TEMPERATURES REMAINING NEAR OR BELOW FREEZING WILL SET THE STAGE
FOR FREEZING RAIN...SLEET...AND LIGHT SNOW SUNDAY INTO MONDAY.
MUCH WARMER AIR SPREADING INTO THE AREA WILL CHANGE THE
PRECIPITATION TO RAIN MONDAY AFTERNOON. THERE IS A LOW POTENTIAL
FOR SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATIONS... ESPECIALLY OVER NORTHEAST
MISSOURI. THERE IS STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY IN THE TIMING AND TRACK
