.A DEVELOPING WINTER STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD SNOW
ACROSS THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING...CONTINUING
THROUGH SUNDAY. HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
EASTERN IOWA...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS AND FAR NORTHEAST MISSOURI. STRONG
NORTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP SUNDAY...WHICH MAY RESULT IN CONSIDERABLE
DRIFTING OF THE FRESH SNOWFALL...AS WELL AS SOME BLOWING SNOW AND
