* TIMING...SNOW BEGINNING BETWEEN 9 AM AND NOON TODAY...CONTINUING
  THROUGH TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 9 INCHES.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 20 MPH.
