...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall will continue.

* WHERE...A portion of central Missouri, including the following
  county, Pettis.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations will continue into the evening hours.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 259 PM CDT, Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen
    today. Runoff from this rainfall will continue to produce
    flooding for the next several hours. This warning replaces
    the previous flash flood warning which has been allowed to
    expire.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Windsor and Green Ridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
