* WHEN...From early this morning to late Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Moderate to major overbank flooding is
  expected through gatesville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.4
    feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    late Wednesday morning.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
