...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN MILLS COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
central Texas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN LAMPASAS COUNTY...

At 637 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles northwest
of Lampasas, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...65 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Lampasas, Colorado Bend State Park, Lometa, and Nix.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.
