Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

Across the region in the past 24 hours, daytime highs topped off in
a range from the mid 60s through the mid 70s. Lows during this time
mainly ranged in the 30s, with a few outliers dropping into the 20s.
There was no precipitation during this time.

OUTLOOK... Mainly sunny skies through the remainder of today will
give way to a low chance for showers in northwest portions of the
area tonight. The first half of the weekend will be dry. The next
chance for precipitation will occur Sunday through next Monday
night. This will be followed by dry conditions for the remainder
of next week based on the current forecast.

Near to above normal highs today and Saturday with mainly 60s for
most locales. Sunday will have many areas in the 70s, with some
outliers in the far north in the upper 60s, and some in the far
south around 80F. Highs on next Monday and Tuesday in the 40s and
50s will give way to 70s by the end of next week. Overnight lows
will be in the 30s through Sunday night, followed by 20s into
Tuesday night, then 30s and 40s thereafter.
