...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN HITCHCOCK AND
EASTERN DUNDY COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM MDT/915 PM CDT/...

At 740 PM MDT/840 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 9 miles northwest of Benkelman, moving northeast at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Hitchcock and eastern Dundy Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT/200 AM
CDT/ for southwestern Nebraska.
