* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Eastern Wichita County in west central Kansas...

* Until 915 PM CDT.

* At 810 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles south of
  Leoti, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters reported quarter to golf ball
           size hail near Lydia at 810pm CT.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  eastern Wichita County, including the following locations...
  Marienthal and Lydia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows!

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
