waves 3 to 6 ft. Winds becoming northeast 10 to 20 kt by mid morning
with waves of 3 to 5 ft.
* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
to Sheboygan.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
