Grounds are very saturated, so any additional rainfall will be slow to drain and could lead to street flooding and additional rises on rivers, creeks and streams. Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches can be expected north of I-10. Isolated higher amounts of 5 to 8 inches will be possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
