Grounds are very saturated, so any additional rainfall will be slow to drain. This can more easily lead to street flooding and additional rises on area rivers, creeks and streams. Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches can be expected north of I-10. Isolated higher amounts will be possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
