FOR NORTHEASTERN KERN AND SOUTHEASTERN TULARE COUNTIES...

At 419 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 19 miles northeast
of Onyx, or 23 miles south of Olancha, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
