Minimum RH today will be near 30 to 35 percent at the burn site,
with south winds occasionally gusting up to around 10 to 15 mph.
The maximum LVORI value tonight is 9, and there is the chance for
fog to develop at the site by early Wednesday morning as low-
level humidity increases overnight.
