.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will remain over the area through Thursday. Patchy
fog will lift by mid morning this morning with mostly sunny skies
and southerly winds increasing to 8-12 mph. Min RH values lower to
28-33 percent. Winds will diminish tonight to under 5 mph with
increasing clouds after sunset. Thursday, southwesterly winds will
be light 4-8 mph with skies becoming mostly sunny and min RH values
in the 30-35 percent range.
