Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 inch low over the mid section of the nation tonight will move to the Ohio Valley Thursday, then off the east coast Thursday night and Friday. A weak 29.8 inch ridge will then slide across the Lake Friday night, with a 29.6 inch trough then forecast to approach the lower Great Lakes Saturday. A 29.9 inch high will move into the Great Lakes region Sunday.
