The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Western Lincoln County in east central Missouri...
  Warren County in east central Missouri...
  Southwestern Pike County in northeastern Missouri...

* Until 400 AM CDT.

* At 305 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Laddonia to Big Spring to 7 miles northwest of
  Swiss, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Troy, Warrenton, Wright City, Davis, Marthasville, Jonesburg,
  Truesdale, Hawk Point, Innsbrook, Eolia, New Hartford, Treloar,
  Dutzow, Foristell, Silex, Truxton, Whiteside, Cave, Edgewood, and
  Olney.

This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between exits 188 and 200.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for central,
northeastern and east central Missouri.
