* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 20
  kt with gusts up to 30 kt. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, southwest winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...Tidal Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island MD,
  Chesapeake Bay north of North Beach MD, Patapsco River
  including Baltimore Harbor, Chester River to Queenstown MD,
  and Eastern Bay.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EDT
  this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from noon
  Sunday to 1 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
