...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN SEARCY COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for central and
north central Arkansas.

BUREN...CLEBURNE...NORTHEASTERN CONWAY...NORTHERN FAULKNER AND WEST
CENTRAL WHITE COUNTIES...

At 459 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles northeast of Old Lexington to near Shirley to
Bethlehem, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for central and
north central Arkansas.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature`s leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.
