.TODAY...Mostly cloudy. Very windy. Patchy blowing dust in the
morning, then areas of blowing dust in the afternoon. Highs in the
upper 60s in the mountains to around 90 along the Rio Grande. In the
mountains, southwest winds 35 to 45 mph. Along the Rio Grande, south
winds 20 to 30 mph shifting to the southwest 30 to 35 mph in the
afternoon.
.TONIGHT...Mostly clear. Windy, cooler. Patchy blowing dust in the
evening. Lows in the upper 40s. In the mountains, west winds 25 to
45 mph. Along the Rio Grande, west winds 25 to 35 mph decreasing to
15 to 20 mph after midnight.
.MONDAY...Increasing clouds. Very windy. Cooler. Patchy blowing
dust. Highs in the lower 50s in the mountains to the lower 70s along
