...Reduced Visibilities in Blowing Dust...

Spotters reported that blowing dust is occasionally reducing the
visibility to under a half mile along portions of Highway 67 near
Corning, Arkansas and along Highway 412 near Cardwell, Missouri
this afternoon. Gusty south southeast winds in excess of 40 mph
with gusts up to 60 mph will continue to create a blowing dust
hazard over the Delta farmlands of northeast Arkansas and the
Missouri Bootheel through sunset. Drivers in this area should be
prepared for sudden loss of visibility to under a half mile,
especially near freshly plowed fields. A large area of rain will
overspread the area by sunset and greatly reduce the blowing dust
potential.
