.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS... A thermal
trough has developed with moderate to strong north winds and
steep to very steep wind driven seas. The strongest winds,
reaching gales this afternoon, and steepest seas are expected
south of Cape Blanco. These gusty winds will spread north of Cape
Blanco to Bandon tonight. Conditions are expected to improve
Tuesday into Wednesday.
