This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A daily chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms will be
possible Tuesday through Thursday as a weak surface trough moves
through the Carolinas on Tuesday, while a strong cold front then
moves through the area on Thursday. Some of these storms may become
strong to severe in nature especially on Tuesday and Thursday
bringing a threat for damaging wind gusts, hail, and heavy rain.
