.SYNOPSIS...Onshore flow will quickly increase today, along with
building seas, as a potent storm system moves across the area.
Gale conditions are expected this afternoon through Thursday.
Following a cold frontal passage tonight, winds will become
westerly to northwesterly. Winds will ease Friday into the weekend
as high pressure moves over the area.
