* At 1043 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Clinton,
  moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Clinton, Plainview, Strawberry Plains, Halls,
  Blaine, Karns, Kimberlin Heights, and House Mountain State Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 383 and 404.
 Interstate 75 in Tennessee between mile markers 108 and 123.
