.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weakening area of low
pressure over the central waters will move slowly SE today and
dissipate as it moves towards the coast tonight. High pressure
will build E towards the waters Mon through through Thu, then
move into the N and central waters Thu night. A low pressure
trough will develop along the N and central coast today and
tonight, persist through Wed, then will start weakening Wed night
through Thu night.
