...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
  central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will lead to blowing dust, reducing
  visibility down to zero at times.  Gusty winds will blow around
  unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
  outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
