The system will bring scattered showers to the Blue Mountains and Wallowas Thursday afternoon, and there is a 15 percent chance of afternoon thunderstorms. After a break in precipitation Thursday night through early Friday, widespread rain and high elevation snow will return Friday night and Saturday.
