* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 degrees may result in patchy frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Sussex and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Any frost development that occurs will
  mainly be confined to more sheltered locations where wind speeds
  are lower.
