.DISCUSSION...
Warm and muggy conditions will continue across all Fire Districts
today with high afternoon relative humidity. Winds will be stronger
from the south today compared to those observed on Tuesday. Look
for rain chances to increase late this afternoon and especially during
the evening hours, at least across portions of Northeast Texas,
Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas and extreme Northwest Louisiana.
All areas should see increasing rain chances late Thursday into
Thursday Night before the region dries out for Friday and Saturday.
